Chairman and Founder
Paven R. Bratch
Paven Bratch has twenty two years of marketing experience with major international corporations, with an increasing emphasis on online and interactive marketing. Paven founded dthree and began development of the IntelliMaxxTM platform in 2002. Prior to dthree, he founded and led Bratch Innovation, an integrated marketing and consulting company which was eventually acquired by a U.S. accounting firm in early 1999 and integrated into its e-business Division which Paven led as President. Paven was selected as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40 and has served on both the Senate and Board of Governors of McMaster University. Paven is currently a member of the Board of Governors of Mohawk College.

Keyvan Cohanim has more than twenty years of general management, sales and marketing experience in information technology and services industries. His extensive career with IBM Corporation included roles as Chief Marketing Officer, Director, Direct Marketing North America and as VP of Interactive Marketing, founded this focus for the Americas leading to the formation of ibm.com. Keyvan was also Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for an international business process outsourcing company for Customer Relationship Management, driving significant growth across multiple industry sectors and eventually leading to a strategic acquisition. He has a business passion for introducing and leveraging leading edge technology to improve business and social interaction. Keyvan is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Mathematics-Computer Science/Business.

Igor joined dthree inc. in 2002 where he leads research and development of the IntelliMaxx marketing management platform. Igor began his career as a scientist working for the Soviet space exploration program. Since 1985 his area of expertise has been Information Technology. Igor's career has included senior IT management roles in industries as diverse as banking and multimedia. Igor has over 14 years of interactive and online experience and he built and managed the online technology team during the start-up of e-commerce at Dell Canada. Igor graduated from Kiev University in 1978 and received his Ph.D. in physics and mathematics from the Academy of Science USSR in 1985. |

Heather Tremblay is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and has been a partner with a public accounting firm and a senior manager with Deloitte Touche LLP. While in public accounting she focused on initial public offerings, management direction and compliance. Heather's responsibilities include financial reporting, financing relationships and operational oversight. |

Gayle Pearce - VP Sales and Marketing |

Gayle has had a diverse career spanning over twenty years, with over 10 years working extensively with the retail and financial services sectors. She was most recently with Maritz where she worked with Fortune 1000 companies in both B2B incentives and consumer loyalty marketing. As a strategic director for a number of credit card loyalty programs, Gayle discovered the challenges and rewards of working with massive amounts of consumer data and is thrilled to bring her passion for marketing and data to dthree and IntelliMaxx. |
